What should I do if I didn't receive my activation email?
If you notice you are not receiving an activation email, there are a few things you can do. First, check your spam box to make sure your email client is not filtering the email in any way. If that's the case, make sure to add info@playnswap.com and info@playnswap.com to your contacts as well as marking it 'not spam' to avoid this issue in the future. If the activation email is not in your spam box, then the issue may be that you provided PlayNSwap with an invalid email address - this can occur with a simple typo. In this case, please review your account information and make sure you entered in the correct email address when creating your Play'N'Swap account. If you are sure you entered in the right email address, you can log into PlayNSwap using your email address and the password you entered during signup. Once logged in, you should have the option to resend your activation email.
 
If for some reason you are still unable to receive the email, please email support@playnswap.com to have account activated manually by a System Administrator.
